HOLY SHIT! IT'S GOOD TO BE BACK!

As a lot of you may already know, I took some time off from the juggernaut that was Drunk on VHS. I started writing reviews for other sites, eventually that transitioned into podcasts for other sites. I started a Podcast Network with a bunch of great shows to showcase some of the many talented podcasters out there and spent most of my time focused on the Daily Grindhouse featured show No-Budget Nightmares. A show where Doug Tilley and I scrap the bottom of the barrel looking for the best No- Budget Film has to offer. Not surprisingly it's very little, so we suffer through the shit and bring you all the best bits.

Well at long last, I decided to hop back on my DoVHS horse and I recorded a new show. My FaceBook followers might recall that I actually had plans to publish new shows in February for Black History Month, but that never happened and then again I was supposed to post a new episode in March about the Films of Weng Weng and, though it's still going to happen, it didn't happen then. So when I received an email from a buddy of mine saying he'd like to be a goes on the show and that he wanted to rave about the Alien saga and nerd out over Prometheus AND be drunk as a skunk? HOW COULD I SAY NO!

So, here it is, just in time for the opening night of Promethues....THE ALIEN SAGA!

(Just a reminder that anyone who was subscribed to the old Drunk on VHS will need to be subscribed to it's new how, it will be sharing an RSS feed with No-Budget Nightmares. Think of it as a 2 for 1 deal because both shows are FANTASTIC!)

#MTOS AGAIN!

So I'm hosting #MTOS again (see my previous MTOS post for all the jibber jabber) This time around I'm talking Zombie films! Here are my questions! 1.) Let's start with some controversy….Running Zombies? Yay or Nay? 2.) What makes a good zombie film? 3.) Favorite Zombie film? 4.) What country produces the best zombie films? 5.) Do you think the Zombie Genre has run it's course? 6.) What would you/Could Hollywood do to reinvigorate the Zombie genre? 7.) What's the weirdest premise for a zombie film you've ever seen? 8.) What's the worst Zombie film you've ever seen? 9.) What celebrity would you love to see as a zombie? 10.) Would you survive the zombie apocalypse? How?
